How Do I Measure My Dog For A Collar?

To determine the correct size:
Measure your dog's neck at the point where the collar should rest and add 2 or 3 cm’s. for extra comfort.
Please note you are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the collar you are ordering. The beaded collars are sturdy & strong, but should NOT be used as tie out collars or be used on large unruly dogs. Measure around the neck and leave enough space for two fingers, this is the finished measurement.

What is Your Return Policy?
Since these are custom made, these dog collars are NOT RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE.  We urge you to choose sizes & colour combinations carefully.  If it ever breaks, please return the collar & we will replace the dog collar for free.

How Strong Are Your Dog Collars?
You CAN walk your dog with these collars!!  My dog collars are made with 100% polyester cord.  When 4 or 6 of these cords are combined together, you get a very strong and serviceable dog collar!  The ends are heat fused & NOT tied together, so your dog collar will not come apart.  However, these  collars are for WELL-TRAINED dogs that are used to wearing a collar, they are NOT recommended for heavy pulling dogs.  The collars are NOT to be used as tie out collars

Can I wash my collar?
Yes you can!  Hand wash with a gentle detergent.   DO NOT put your collar in the dryer  Lay it flat to dry.
